Implementation, Training and Maintenance Services

Implementation of software packages may take up to one week depending on the number of concurrent users. Access limits need to be set along with user names and passwords.

A member of our Compusoft Technical Support Team will visit your premises and install the software for you and ensure all systems are operating and integrated. We will not consider the project completed until the client has signed off on implementation and is 100% happy with the implementation. We strive to work as a team with each and everyone of our clients at every stage of the process.

When it comes to training, we are advocates of effective client training for enduring long-term results. We offer training both internal at our training centre, or at your site. This may be in the form of one-on-one training or customised training. We offer the flexibility and time schedule that is most convenient to you.
